New World, Same Routines

So it's been a bit over a month since FML's reset. A lot can be said about it (such as it being too stressed out in the end, proved by many issues which probably could have been fixed by a few extra weeks), but despite all this, I'm really enjoying FML now. Why? Because the worlds are thriving, as is mine - Ramos.

This first season I stayed in the TFA. I picked dross from my pool to have money available to buy Swedes, so come season start my team was a mix of avarage players from my pool and swedish players that other managers didn't want from their pool.

Result: 3rd in my league, had I won my last game I had won it. I like to think it's skill on my behalf, but Alex (one of the norwegian mod gang) claims it was luck. And considering my track record I guess that's probably the case!

Still, the unexpected success has given me renewed hope to achieve my dream:



But for now, I managed to finally sign Fulham "star" David Elm (manager hadn't signed in for a month, then all of a sudden he does - 45k bid made instantly!) and with me splashing the cash on Blackburn "star" Martin Olsson, my team is indeed improved for this season.

I've moved to EFA though, so we'll see how I survive 90 games compared to 36.
